Come sailing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding or canoeing. Which water sports can you not do here? Relax on the Flevoland coast. Our beaches are nice and quiet. There are no traffic jams here. We also have various water sports events, such as the annual national Hiswa boat show.
Flevoland may have been reclaimed from the sea, but there is still loads of water here. One of our polders is entirely surrounded by water, while another has canals running every which way. All of these canals and lakes invite you to come and explore them by boat, while wind surfing, on a paddle board or in a canoe. Bring your own equipment or rent it locally for a day and you are sure to have fun on the waters of Flevoland.
