Explore the young Wendelbos woods via the blue route. This route connects to the Waterloopbos woods. The Wendelbos woods was first planted in 2005 with the aim of creating wet deciduous woodlands with poplars, willows and alders. The drier soil has been planted with oak, cherry and ash trees.
The route starts at the Waterloopbos visitor centre. Follow the blue arrows from there. The route is 11 kilometres but can be shortened to 7 kilometres at hub point 6.
