Wander through the Hollandse Hout reserve in the Oostvaardersplassen. It’s a small natural paradise. And the appelvink (hawfinch)? This bird enjoys munching on the cherries. Can you spot it? The broad lanes through the woods give the impression of being on an old estate. Dogs can be taken off-leash, so it’s perfect for a walk in the woods together.

You can easily park your car or bike at the car park on Buizerdweg, then cross the road to start the route. Follow the dark blue route directions.
