Strandgaperbeek nature reserve is located at the edge of Flevoland and is part of the green belt of the municipality of Dronten. Cows and horses graze in this nature reserve, but you can also walk through it.
In the middle of the nature reserve runs the Strandgaperbeek. Here you can walk along the marked route along the water. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes and wet boots, as you will not walk on paved paths. On the way, you pass through a grazing area with cows and horses. Admire them, but keep enough distance. Dogs are therefore not allowed on this route.
Coming by car? Then you can park in the car park on the other side of the road near the Dorhout Mees golf course.
