Het Flevo-landschap is building a new visitor centre at the location of the former visitor centre De Trekvogel. In the meantime visitors are welcome at Caming Waterhout for information about walking, cycling and excurions in Lepelaarplassen, Wilgenbos and Vaartsluisbos. Excurions will start from Camping Waterhout, Trekvogelweg 10, Almere.

Opening times

  • Every Saturday and Sunday throughout the year from noon until 5pm, from November to February from noon until 4pm. Open every day during school holidays. In the last two weeks of June, during the months of July and August and in the first two weeks of September open every day from noon until 5pm.
