You might not expect it, but the tastiest alcoholic drinks are made in Flevoland: beer, wine and liqueurs from the polder and with unique flavours. And by unique makers. When will you come and taste them?
There are several locations in Flevoland where you can visit a vineyard or a brewery, after which you will of course taste and/or take home a sip or a bottle. Well, we can't blame you, because Flevoland's alcoholic beverages are delicious!
At several of our vineyards, you can take a tour of the vineyard and, if available, the wine cellar. The winemakers will be happy to explain to you which grapes they grow and why, and how wine is eventually made from them. But of course, just looking and listening is no way to judge the wines. For that, you really need a tasting. Fortunately, these too can often be booked, especially if you come as part of a group.
